Fifth birthday pop-up shop 1-3 December
House of Boom is turning five! And we're celebrating with a pop-up shop. This is your chance to try everything on, including the new Jo Jo Jim Jams range, buy yourself some new clothes and accessories (or new-to-you second hand plus size clothes). There just might be some birthday treats and discounts on the day(s) too...
Boom's gorgeous clothes come in sizes 16-34 and are made ethically right here in Wellington. Almost everything is cotton, everything has pockets and there's colours galore to make your life a little brighter.
As well as the House of Boom range (including the new Jo Jo Jim Jams and some dresses so brand new they have yet to be cut), I will also have a bunch of new-to-me very affordable Reboomed second hand clothing in a range of plus sizes.
Then there'll be jewellery, accessories and other pretties so there'll be something to fit everyone.

December 2023 Pop-up Shop
- Friday 1 December 6pm-9pm (Have a drink & nibble as you shop and meet other fat babes)
- Saturday 2 December 11am-4pm
- Sunday 3 November 11am-4pm - come along before or after you check out the Thorndon Fair too, happening just a block or so away ().
The pop-up is located at 189a Grant Road, Thorndon (Gate is on Aorangi Tce)
Accessibility:
There's one step up to the gate from the curb, and then two steps into the house. I'm happy to turn off music and lights for you if that makes it a more comfortable experience. Your children are welcome - the garden is completely fenced if it's sunny and they'd like to play outside, and I'm more than happy to hold babies while you try things on. Cats live in this house but you won't see them. The neighbour's friendly dog may be in the garden.
