Payment options

You can pay by credit card, Paypal or bank deposit. Additionally I also offer lay-buy if you would like to split up your payments and receive your order once it’s paid off. I'm sorry I don't offer Afterpay, as that costs 5%, and my margins are much too thin to be able to take that on. 

Shipping

Shipping within New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of $8.50 or $11 for rural orders - please select 'rural' if you live rural! Your order will be sent via NZ Couriers and you'll receive a tracking number once it is sent. 

Unfortunately NZ Couriers do not deliver to post office boxes. 

If your order is over $250, it's absolutely free!

Shipping to Australia is $15 or free for orders over $300. Shipping is via NZ Post, and is not tracked. It can take up to four weeks right now. 

If you live elsewhere in the world and need some Boom in your life, please email us to discuss shipping costs.

Returns

If you receive products that are faulty or not as advertised, please email us so we can sort it out. Unfortunately our inventory is rather limited so we are unable to offer returns if you change your mind or if items don't fit you. Please read sizing information carefully, and if you're unsure, get in contact. It may be possible for you to come and try clothes on before you buy  if you are in Wellington. Just get in touch to arrange this.
